I'm so glad you've found your way here. Over the years, I've been asked hundreds of questions that aren't really just from one person. How do I know if I'm Intuitive? What do I do when fear blocks me? How can I trust my own energy?... They belong to all of us. And that's what inspired me to begin to podcast. Each episode will take one of those real questions and by sharing a story, moving through reflection and simple practices you can carry into your daily life, we can develop some insight that you can consider and see what shines for you.
I have separated the blog from the podcasts to make it easier for those who choose to listen, rather than read. The blog page will be for separate questions and reflections I've received from you, should you choose to share it with my visitors, and it probably won't keep up with the podcasts that I have scheduled for future broadcasts. Check the date next to the 'listening' suggestion for the actual date and mark your calendar.
As a bonus, I'll leave you with a little takeaway: a practice, a reflection, or maybe just a blessing to brighten your day. The episodes with vary, from five minutes to no more than eight or nine minutes, just enough to enjoy with a cup of tea or while you're on a walk. I will try for a new one every week. If the question deserves it, that's when we'll stretch it a little longer, but, my goal is always to keep it accessible, relatable, and welcoming. And, of course, I'll slip in some bonus topics, as well.
So, whether you're curious, skeptical, or already walking a spiritual path, I invite you to join me here. Please, bring your questions, bring your wonder, and let's see what wisdom arises when we listen deeply.
Meanwhile, may your journey be guided with kindness and may your own sage hand lead you forward.

Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: What drew you here today? Curiosity, longing, or maybe a question on your heart?
Practice: Take one slow, grounding breath. As you calm, say quietly to yourself, "I am open to receiving."
Until next time, may your journey be guided with kindness, and may your own Sage Hand lead you forward.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I talk about how intuition isn’t a gift for a few — it’s a natural sense we all carry. In this episode, I talk about the many ways intuition shows up, from gut feelings to subtle inner nudges, and how to recognize it in your own life. In this first reflection, I share my own story of learning to trust intuition as Sensitive Perception — a natural gift we all carry. I call it, Grasping your ASP! or Accepting Sensitive Perceptions!
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think of a time when you felt a hunch that proved right. How did it feel in your body or emotions?
Practice: Pause once today before making a small decision. Notice what subtle impressions arise, and follow that inner sense.
Be kind. We all have hidden tears.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I talk about how fear often tries to protect us, but it can also keep us from moving forward. Here, I share ways to work with fear so that it becomes a teacher, not a stopper, on your spiritual path. Courage doesn’t mean living without fear. It means moving with gentleness through fear toward your greater self.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Where has fear stopped you from stepping into something meaningful? How might that fear be trying to keep you safe?
Practice: The next time you feel afraid, place your hand over your heart. Take three slow breaths, saying silently, “I hear you, but I choose to move forward gently.”
Until next time, may your sensitivity be your strength.

Is it imagination — or is Spirit speaking? In this episode of Rockin’ Chair Reflections, I explore the fine line between imagination and intuition. Discover how Spirit often uses the language of images and impressions, and how you can learn to trust what you feel and see.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think of a time when something you “imagined” turned out to be meaningful or true.
Practice: Keep a small notebook nearby this week. Jot down one image, idea, or nudge each day, even if it feels silly. Let patterns show themselves over time.
Until next time, may your imagination be a doorway, and your heart the compass that guides you through it.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I answer the question with my experience has taught me that Divine Energy doesn’t belong to any single path, belief, or tradition. This episode explores how people of all backgrounds can connect with the sacred, no matter their beliefs. I share reflections to reassure you that love flows freely, without conditions.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: How do you personally describe or imagine the divine?
Practice: Choose one simple, reverent act today: lighting a candle, pausing in nature, or placing a hand over your heart, and dedicate it to connecting with something greater.
Divine Energy doesn’t ask for belief. It simply meets me, and it will meet you, right where we are.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I share my feeling that sensitivity is often seen as a weakness, but it can be one of our greatest strengths. Here, I suggest how to embrace emotions as part of your gift, rather than something to hide. I invite you to see sensitivity as a doorway, not a flaw, and to listen to the energy beneath your emotions with compassion and care.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: When has your sensitivity helped you understand or connect with someone more deeply?
Practice: Next time you feel strong emotions, pause and say: “This is my heart speaking. I honor its message.” Write down what you notice.
My sensitivity isn’t too much, and neither is yours. It’s the strength of a living heart.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," My answer is yes. Healing is not reserved for a chosen few. I believe it’s a gift woven into all of us. Whether through presence, listening, or love, every one of us has access to healing energy and how it often begins with intention, compassion, and a willingness to serve.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Have you ever comforted someone with a kind word, a touch, or simply your presence? How did that moment feel for both of you?
Practice: Place your hands gently over your heart. Breathe in for four counts, out for four counts. Silently say, “May this healing love flow through me to others.”
Every act of presence and compassion is healing and, yes, that means you are a healer too.

In this episode of "Rockin'Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I reflect on how the body and spirit are deeply connected. This episode explores how divine energy can support physical well-being, not as a replacement for medical care, but as a partner in the healing journey. From my experience, the answer is yes -- though not always in the ways we expect. Sometimes it soothes pain, sometimes it brings peace or clarity, and often it works alongside traditional medicine. I share why I believe Divine Energy supports the whole person -- body, mind, and spirit.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: When have you noticed your body respond to peace, prayer, or positive intention?
Practice: Before sleep, place your hands on any area of discomfort. Imagine a gentle light soothing and supporting that part of you.
Divine Energy has a way of tending body, mind, and spirit and often in ways we least expect.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I explore the question and believe that skepticism is natural, and not everyone will share your path. Here, I talk about how to honor differences, hold space for others’ views, and remain confident in your own truth. Over the years, I’ve learned that Divine Energy works whether we name it or not. We don’t have to convince anyone. Often, the most powerful message we can offer is our own peace and loving presence.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Who in your life has challenged or questioned your beliefs? How have you handled it?
Practice: Repeat this affirmation quietly: “I respect their journey, and I stand gently in mine.”
I don’t have to convince anyone -- my peace is enough of a message.

In this episode of "Rockin' Chair Reflections from Old Sage Hand," I get honest about a question I’m often asked and the truth is, yes. I most certainly do. Every session is unique, and with it comes the desire not to disappoint. I share how nervousness is a sign of caring, and how I work with it so it becomes energy that supports rather than blocks.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: When do you feel butterflies before doing something important?
Practice: Before your next task that makes you nervous, pause and take three slow breaths. Say to yourself, “This energy means I care, and I am ready.”
Yes, I still get nervous -- because I care. My nerves are just another sign of love at work.
