Can we block our own intuition? Absolutely, and, it often happens when fear, doubt, or logic get in the way. In this episode, I share a story of how I almost ignored an important message, what it taught me about trusting Spirit's quiet voice, and a simple practice to help you do the same.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think about a time when you had a quiet nudge, an inner whisper, that didn't match what you were seeing or expecting. Did you dismiss it? Did you trust it?
Practice: This week, practice noticing those soft, repeating thoughts that tug at your awareness. Instead of pushing them aside, write them down or speak them aloud. Don't worry about whether they make sense right away.
Intuition rarely arrives with a trumpet blast. It often slips in like a whisper. Trusting that whisper, even when it feels inconvenient or confusing, is what opens the door to deeper connection with Spirit.

Do you ever feel tired after meditation? In this episode of Rockin’ Chair Reflections, I talk about why the body sometimes releases tension, how energy shifts affect us, and how to recognize the difference between deep rest and fatigue.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think about your last meditation. Did you spring up and rush back into life, or did you give yourself a few moments to linger?
Practice: This week, when you finish meditating, take three slow breaths before moving. Notice your body, notice your spirit, and let yourself pause. Write down a single word or phrase that comes to you in that moment.
Tiredness after meditation is not a failure. It's a reminder to absorb the gift you've just received before you return to the noise of the world.

Grounding and centering, what’s the difference? In this Rockin’ Chair Reflections podcast, I explain how grounding connects us to stability, while centering aligns us within. Learn how using both can create balance in your spiritual practice.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: This week, notice the difference for yourself. Try grounding in nature, perhaps, with a tree, or simply barefoot on the earth. Feel what shifts as you connect.
Practice: Then, in a different moment, practice centering. Close your eyes, breathe, and draw your energy inward.
Grounding restores your connection to the earth, centering restores your connection to yourself. Together, they help you stand steady and live from balance.

How can you tell if a message is truly from Spirit? In this episode, I share the signs that distinguish Spirit’s voice from imagination or fear. Learn how clarity, calm, and confirmation often accompany Spirit’s guidance.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think back on a time when you received a message, a nudge, or a whisper that you weren't sure about. How did it feel in your body? Did it bring peace or did it stir confusion?
Practice: This week, when you sense guidance, pause to notice its qualities. True messages from spirit often carry a steady calm, even when the content is challenging. They align with compassion and care.
You may not always "prove" a message, but you can discern its spirit. Trust what uplifts and heals. That is where spirit's voice is most clearly found.

Why do healing sessions sometimes stir up strong emotions? In this Rockin’ Chair Reflections podcast, I share how emotional release is part of Spirit’s work, allowing deeper healing to unfold. Sensitivity is a sign of energy moving.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think of a time when you won emotions rose while helping someone. Did they guide you? Did they drain you?
Practice: This week, before offering healing or support, take a moment to center. Imagine surrounding yourself with a protective bubble of light. Allow compassion to flow, but let the bubble remind you that your emotions don't have to overwhelm you to be sincere.
Emotions are a part of healing, but it's your steadiness that makes them a gift instead of a burden.

Are tools like tarot cards or crystals required to connect with Spirit? In this episode, I share why Spirit is always available, with or without tools. Learn how tools can support the journey, but your own heart is the true connection.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect & Practice: This week, try both. Do a reading or meditation with your usual tools -- cards, crystals, pendulum, whatever speaks to you. Then, at another time, sit quietly with nothing but your breath and your intention.
Notice the difference. Notice what comes without the tools.
Tools can support, but they are not the source. Spirit meets you wherever you are, and your desire to connect is always enough.

Why don't prayers always get answered? In this episode, I share why prayers are rarely ignored, how spirit's timing and wisdom guide the response, and how trust helps us recognize answers when they arrive.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think about a prayer you offered in the past that didn't seem to be answered. Looking back now, did something else happen that carried a hidden answer?
Practice: This week, when you pray, add this line at the end: "I trust the timing and the form of your answer?" Then watch with curiosity instead of control.
Prayer is always heard. Trust that spirit responds with wisdom, and that you will be given eyes to see when the answer arrives.

Can Spirit speak through dreams? In this episode, I share how messages often come in symbolic form, how to recognize a Spirit dream, and why our subconscious is a powerful bridge to divine guidance.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think back to your last memorable dream. What details stuck with you? What emotions lingered when you woke?
Practice: This week, keep a notebook by your bed. Each morning, write down whatever dream fragments you recall, even if they seem small. Notice if one dream stands out, pressing itself into your memory.
Spirit often works through what we remember. If a dream stays with you, it may be because you are meant to hear the message within it.

Does healing energy work at a distance? In this Rockin’ Chair Reflections podcast, I explain how energy is not bound by space, and how Spirit’s love can flow across miles. Discover how distance healing connects hearts and spirits no matter where we are.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think of someone you love who lives far away. Imagine sending them light or peace as you breathe slowly. Notice how your intention feels as it stretches beyond your own body.
Practice: This week, if you practice healing, try setting a time to focus on someone at a distance. Then ask afterward how they felt during that time.
Spirit's energy is not bound by walls or miles. Healing flows where intention and love send it.

Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: This of the last time you were around someone whose negativity felt heavy. How did you react? Did you carry it home with you, or were you able to let it go?
Practice: This week, try visualizing a bubble of light whenever you sense negativity. Hold it for as long as you need, then release it when you return to your safe space.
You can't always control who you meet, but you can choose how much of their energy you carry.

What if you don't feel worthy of spirit's help? In this episode, I share why feelings of unworthiness are human-made, not spirit-born, and how seeking itself is proof that you are already worthy.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think of one moment in your life when you felt unworthy. Now ask yourself: was that judgment truly from Spirit, or was it from people, from culture, from your own fear?
Practice: This week, whenever doubt rises, pause and say out loud: "Spirit welcomes me because I seek." Repeat it until it takes root.
Your very desire to connect makes you worthy. Spirit's help is not something you earn; it is something you are already given.

Can you connect with loved ones who have passed without being a medium? In this Rockin’ Chair Reflections podcast, I share how Spirit speaks to all of us through signs, dreams, and quiet presence. You don’t need a title, just an open heart.
Reflection & Practice:
Reflect: Think of a loved one who has passed. Have you ever had a fleeting dream, a sudden memory, a word or image that felt more like presence than imagination?
Practice: This week, don't chase it, but allow it. If a moment comes, receive it with gratitude. Write it down, or simply hold it in your heart.
You don't need to be a medium to experience love that endures. Spirit will find its way through in its own time, in its own way.
